2012 FLORIDA REUNION

Next year we will be hosting the reunion at the same Resort Hotel on the east coast of Florida in Cape Canaveral. This hotel only 45 minutes away from Orlando Int’l Airport and 35 minutes from Melbourne Int’l Airport and 12 minutes from I-95 The hotel is located about one hour from Central Florida’s most popular attractions: Walt Disney World Theme Parks, Universal Studios and Sea World. The hotel is also only about 20 minutes from The Kennedy Space Center, the Astronauts Hall of Fame and the American Police Hall of Fame & Museum. The Radisson will provide drink specials from May 31st through June 3rd, 2012. The specials will be offered at the Flamingos Lounge, the Saturday banquet and the pool bar. Group member must display name tag to receive drink specials.

RATES FOR THE WEEKEND PACKAGE

Traditional Room Package/Single Occupancy: $292.00

Includes Standard Room for two (2) nights (Friday and Saturday), tax, 1 banquet dinner Saturday night.

Traditional Room Package/Double Occupancy: $331.00

Includes standard room for two (2) nights (Friday and Saturday), tax, 2 banquet dinners Saturday night.

Suite Package/Single Occupancy: $336.50

Includes whirlpool suite room for two (2) nights (Friday and Saturday), tax, 1 banquet dinner Saturday night.

Suite Package/Double Occupancy: $375.50

Includes whirlpool suite room for two (2) nights (Friday and Saturday), tax, 2 banquet dinners Saturday night.

PRE AND POST REUNION RATES

Many of our guests arrive a couple of days early and may stay a couple of days after the reunion. The Radisson Resort Hotel has confirmed pre/and post reunion rates for these people.

GAMBLING CRUISE

There will be a Dinner & Gambling Cruise Thursday night May 31st on Victory Casino Cruise http://victorycasinocruises.com/ The cost will be $21.00 per person which will include round trip transportation, boarding pass, 3 carving station buffet dinner, entertainment and free drinks while gambling. PLEASE NOTE: The people that attended the 2011 reunion and were supposed to sail will received a free trip from the cruise line due to the inconvenience caused to you. If you would like to go on this cruise just let me know the name and DOB of each person sailing. I will let you know when you have to send me the $21.00 If you were manifested to sail last year just let me know you plan to sail. I have the information needed.

After dinner listen and dance to the music of our favorite DJ, “Johnny the DJ” who will be happy to take your music requests. There will also be a cash bar with discounted drinks for our group.

BANQUET ONLY

2012 PATRICK TOWNSEND

MEMORIAL CLASSIC

The 7th Patrick Townsend Memorial Golf Classic will be held Saturday June 2ND (golf course to be named at a later date)The cost is approximately $50.00 per person, (will know exact cost at a later date) which includes all golf fees, team shirts, a sleeve of golf balls, Prizes and trophies. This is a mixed event. Ladies and your guests are encouraged to play. We will make reservations for ten teams, please reserve early. The format will be the Callaway scoring system. Please confirm any reservations with John Caruso to avoid any double bookings or being left out. Anyone interested should e-mail John ASAP at jcaruso@tampabay.rr.com or leave a message at his home 352-666-2155. When the cost is confirmed please make checks payable to John Caruso and mail to 13381 Whitmarsh St. Spring Hill, FL. 34609 Please provide the players names, shirt sizes, phone number, and email addresses along with your check(s).

Fraternal organizations, businesses, clubs and individuals may promote their special interests, by sponsoring a hole. Sponsors name will be displayed on all dining tables during the reunion banquet and on the NYC Transit Police Florida Reunion Web Page. HOTEL RESERVATIONS

Reservations may be made directly online by clicking HERE This is a private web page set up specifically for the NYC Transit Police Florida Reunion. You may also call
321-784-0000, Monday – Saturday, 9 to 5 to make reservations. If you call for a reservation you must identify yourself as part of the NYC TRANSIT POLICE 2012 REUNION. Your reservation will be held on a credit card and your credit card will not be charged until you check out after the reunion weekend.
